These terms cover the Neon Yuzu website and newsletter. By using either, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
What Neon Yuzu is
A free newsletter and website summarising news about AI and technology companies, especially in Asia. We may change, pause or stop it at any time. You can unsubscribe whenever you like.
Not financial advice
Nothing in Neon Yuzu is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Stock prices on the site come from free sources, may be delayed by 20 minutes or more, and may be wrong. Do your own research and talk to a qualified adviser before making decisions.
Accuracy and AI
We write Neon Yuzu with the help of AI tools and check it before it goes out, but summaries can still contain mistakes or miss context. Every story links to its original sources; rely on those, not on our summary. If you spot an error, tell us at hello@neonyuzu.com and we'll correct it.
Other people's content
Stories link to and quote other publishers, whose articles and pictures belong to them. Company names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify the companies in the news. We aren't responsible for other websites we link to.
Our content
The writing and design of Neon Yuzu are ours. You're welcome to share links and to quote short passages with credit and a link back. Please don't republish whole issues, or copy or scrape the site, without asking first.

When Neon Yuzu carries a sponsored story, it will be labelled as sponsored. Sponsors don't decide what we cover or what we say about it.
Using the site
Don't sign up other people without their permission, try to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
No warranty
Neon Yuzu is provided as it is, free of charge, without any promise that it will be accurate, complete or always available.
Our liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using Neon Yuzu or relying on it, including investment losses, lost profits or indirect losses. If we are found liable anyway, our total liability is limited to S$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore deal with any dispute about them.
Changes
